'What is Free Will?
Some say it is an illusion - some say it is a mystery.
Others see it as the capacity to choose between different possible courses of action and exercise control over these.
If so, how do we become determined enough to let go of systems, people and beliefs that don't serve us? How do we find the strength to walk away from relationships with people who drain our energy and undermine our self-worth and are incapable of loving and supporting us?
Sometimes it is the simplicity of our darkest moments that enables us to see through misconception, helps us unmask the illusion that holds us captured, creates steps towards unveiling the truth in order to connect with our free will and determination to make better choices for ourselves.
Like taking a break, saying no, looking after our physical and mental health and spending more time around positive people that empower and lift us up.
Free Will may be the scissors you use to cut ties that restricts you or the hand that takes control of the rods that controls your actions.'
